understanding of both the housing market and the intricacies of transforming homes.

With a career that began in Arlington, Virginia, in 2015, Brad quickly gained a reputation as one of the
fastest-growing agents and team leaders in the Washington, DC-metro area. His initial focus was
helping clients buy and sell properties, but as he began renovating homes for sale, he discovered a true passion for turning outdated spaces into stunning, modern showpieces.

In 2020, Brad made the move back to his hometown of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where
he expanded his vision into full-scale home renovations. Since relocating, Brad has successfully
renovated over 100 properties, building a portfolio of high-quality transformations that blend
modern aesthetics with functional design. His hands-on approach to renovation, paired with his
exceptional attention to detail, has earned him a loyal following of clients who trust him to enhance their homes.

Brad's mission is simple: to make the renovation process as easy and stress-free as possible for
homeowners. By assembling a highly skilled support staff and emphasizing customer service,

With over six years of diverse experience in the design, renovation and remodeling industry, I bring a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for transforming spaces into something extraordinary.

As a dedicated professional and a proud resident of North Carolina, I’ve had the privilege of managing over
40 renovation projects in Winston-Salem over the past two years, honing my skills in organization, communication, and execution. Prior to that, I spent four years immersed in historical renovations and custom cabinet design in the
charming town of Edenton, NC. This experience deepened my appreciation for craftsmanship and preserving architectural integrity while blending modern functionality.

As a 40-year-old wife, mother of two, and dog lover, I understand the importance of creating spaces that balance beauty, practicality, and individuality. My work philosophy is built around three guiding principles:

1. Communication is Key – Clear and consistent communication ensures every project stays on
track.

2. Details Matter – It’s the small touches that elevate a space from good to exceptional.
